Analog usage instructions

The encoder uses a line shorting method to set the start position of the current output.

 

Example of 4-20mA setting method

 

1. Connect the red wire of the encoder to the positive terminal of the power supply and the black wire to the negative terminal of the power supply.

 

2. Rotate the encoder to the position where the 4mA current value needs to be set;

 

3、Short connect the orange wire to the positive terminal of the power supply for more than 1 second and then release it, the orange wire will be suspended or grounded.

 

4、Rotate the encoder clockwise to the position where 20mA current value needs to be set;

 

5, the yellow wire and power supply positive short connection, time greater than 1 second after the release, the yellow wire hanging or ground.

 

Until this current setting is completed, rotate the encoder between these two positions, the encoder output current changes continuously between 4-20mA.      

 

Note: It is not possible to set 4mA and 20mA in the same position, if you have any questions, please contact us.
